For those of you who haven’t heard the news, I really love boardgames (not enough to marry them, mind you. Besides I don’t think they’re quite ready for that kind of commitment). To clarify, I’m including card games when I talk about boardgames, since they’re basically the same thing but with different components. What isn’t there to like about boardgames? They’re a great way to get to know new people or spend time with those you already know and love (or can’t stand otherwise), they’re tactile, they’re competitive, you don’t need a computer or television to play them, they work with a wide assortment of people, and (best of all) they’re fun (I don’t think this page can hold enough exclamation marks to express my enthusiasm, so one will have to suffice)! I try to get in at least one (hopefully more) game during the weekend. So if you’re in the area and find yourself just craving a game then feel free to hit me up and I’ll make something happen. Also, I should mention that I love parentheses (they’re just super)!
